Hola a todos
With this court post, i will show to you the rotary structures which where caught in France last summer. Pictures don’t come from me but the authors will be mentioned. A large part of those shots are located on the site Infoclimat (http:www.infoclimat.fr)
To resume, rotary structures like supercells or tornadoes are not very frequent in France but those phenomena occur each summer in some regions. The growing weather fans community and their digital cameras equipment are taking more and more pics ;)
So, here are the rotary clouds of this summer 2005
1°) Supercells

I saw just once a storm approaching a LP supercell structure. It was on july 15th 2003. I will post the pictures here in a few days.

Yes, you are right, Sam; although Salobreña is not a good place for chasing storms. The best places are inland provinces, above all May - June, and august - september. My old location was a good place: Arcos de Jalón, Soria. I have chased very good storms there.
Anyway, your good wishes are very appreciated ;D ;)
